Once you receive the formal Acceptance Letter from ICCECT 2024 Organizing Committee, you are required to finish the registration process within 14 days. Otherwise, you will be deemed to automatically give up the publication of this paper.

In order to deal with the process efficiently, we highly recommend you prepare all the documents carefully and then send them to email: iccect@iccect.com in a zip file. All the documents include:
a. Final Paper (in word);
b. IEEE Copyright and Consent Form (Signed);
c. Registration Form;
d. Proof of Payment;
e. Student Photocopy (only applicable to the paper whose first author is a student)

Note:
A. At least one author of any paper must register for the conference using the Author type.
B. Each paper must have at least one author to finish the registration.
C. The student price is only applicable to the first author who is a full-time student currently. Attach a copy of your student card when register.
D. The number of pages of each article should be no more than 6, including all the figures, tables, references, etc. For papers with more than 6 pages, extra charges will be collected 50 US dollars for each page. Even so, the maximum total pages for each paper should be no more than 10.
E. When you make your payment, please make sure your payment has covered all the required charges. Organizing Committee will not accept any bank charges associated with bank transfer.
F. The registration is valid only when the payment is made before the registration deadline.
G. There will be no refunds.

After Registration
You will receive a confirmation letter to inform you that you have registered successfully. After registration, you are suggested to prepare your presentation as soon as possible. You can choose to give an online live speech, pre-recorded video presentation, or present your paper by poster. For more details, please see the notification email.
