Once you have prepared your manuscript, please submit it to email: iccect@iccect.com or directly submit on EditorOne. Remember: Choose only one way to submit your manuscript.

Some details you need to know

1. Your paper must be unpublished and not under review from any other journals or conferences.
2. Your paper must be written in English. Any other languages, such as Chinese, Russian, Spanish, etc., will not be accepted by ICCECT 2024.
3. You should format your paper in IEEE required format before submission. You may download the IEEE Template here.
4. The length of your paper should be 4-6 pages under IEEE required format. Papers exceed 6 pages will be charged additional publication fee (50USD or 300RMB per page).
5. The repetitive rate of your paper without references must not exceed 30% under iThenticate.

After submission

After submission, it will take around 5-7 days to review your paper. So, you will receive a notification email containing review comments from organizing committee within one week.
Consider the review comments carefully and modify your paper. But it doesn’t mean that you must accept all the comments. For comments you do not think it is suitable for your paper, you have the right to reserve it.
Prepare your final paper and send it back to organizing committee within 14 days after you receive the notification email. You will receive a formal Acceptance Letter after the final paper submitted.
